Admis recurs
Dec.civ.nr.542/CA/2008. Admite recursurile declarate de către I.P.J.Tulcea, MIRA - Min.Internelor şi Reformei Administrative. Modifică în parte hotărârea recurată în sensul că respinge acţiunea reclamanţilor având ca obiect obligarea pârâtelor la plata sporului de 30% din salariul de bază lunar ca nefondată.
