Soluţionare
Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că obligă pârâta să plătească fiecărui reclamant primele de Paşte şi Crăciun calculate la nivelul unui salariu de bază mediu brut pe societate, pentru fiecare primă, conform art.168 alin.1 din Contractul Colectiv de Muncă. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Irevocabilă.
