Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa recurată în sensul că reduce cuantumul sumelor la care pârâta a fost obligată faţă de fiecare dintre reclamanţi, astfel: - faţă de reclamanţii Cîrstian Gheorghe, Benga Rada şi Bălănescu Ioana - la 1649 lei; - faţă de reclamanţii Dinescu Monica, Câmpeanu Ion Adrian, Constantin Liviu Cătălin, Andrei Vasilica şi Borcan In - la 2576 lei; - faţă de reclamanţii Dinu Maria, Florea Ioan, Costea Costel şi Bănică Georgeta - la 3623 lei ; - faţă de reclamanţii Cătescu Ion, Cârstian Elena şi Andreiaş Marius - la 4783 lei; - faţă de reclamanţii Bertea Eufrosina, Borcan Mihai şi Chirlescu Petre Liviu - la 6043 lei. Menţine restul. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi 11.03.2008.
