Soluţionare
Admite recursul.
Modifică în parte sentinţa, în sensul că reduce sumele la care a fost obligată pârâta către reclamanţi astfel:
- pentru Pertea Camelia, Popa Mihaela Alina, Pălădoiu Eugenia Anica, Rotaru Laurenţiu Ştefan, Ştefan Camelia la câte 6043 lei fiecare;
- pentru Păltânea Daniela la 4783 lei;
- pentru Oprea Luminiţa şi Oprea Nicolae Adrian, moştenitori ai lui Popa Gheorghe la 3623 lei;
- pentru Popescu Mihalache, Petrescu Nicolae Emilian, Richiţeanu Elena, Richiţeanu Nicolae, Sandu Elena, Saviuc Maria, Stan Steliana, Stănescu Andreia Ileana, câte 3623 lei fiecare;
- pentru Stana Viorica, Ştefan Gheorghe, Reitu Aurelian Vasile, câte 2576 lei;
- pentru Tătaru Nicolae 1649 lei.
Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei.
