Soluţionare
Admite exceptia lipsei calitatii procesuale pasive invocata de pârâtul I.S.J.Iasi, respinge actiunea formulata în contradictoriu cu acest pârât pe exceptia lipsei calitatii procesuale pasive.
Admite în parte actiunea.
Obliga unitatile de învatamânt sa acorde reclamantilor tichete cadou pentru perioada 01.01.2008 - 28.11.2008.
Respinge cererea reclamantilor de obligare a unitatilor scolare pârâte la acordarea tichetelor cadou pentru perioada 01.06.2006 - 31.12.2007 si pentru viitor.
Respinge cererea reclamantilor având ca obiect reactualizarea cu indicele de inflatie la data platii efective a tichetelor cadou cuvenite pentru perioada 01.01.2008 - 28.11.2008 si obligarea pârâtilor la plata de daune interese egale cu dobânda legala.
