Soluţionare
Admite recursul declarat de reclamanţii BFE, AMGG, PFM, PL şi PA împotriva încheierii civile din şedinţa publică din 6 mai 2008 a tribunalului Cluj pronunţată în dosar nr.594/117/2007, pe care o casează şi trimite cauza la acelaşi tribunal, pentru continuarea judecăţii apelului.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
