Soluţionare

Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul Ministerul Economiei şi Finanţelor Bucureşti împotriva sentinţei civile nr.331/24.03.2008, pronunţată de Tribunalul Timiş în dosarul nr.8574/30/2007. Modifică sentinţa atacată în sensul că, respinge acţiunea civilă formulată de reclamanţi faţă de Ministerul Economiei şi Finanţelor Bucureşti. Respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie formulată de pârâtul M.I.R.A. Bucureşti faţă de M.E.F. Bucureşti. Menţine în rest dispoziţiile sentinţei atacate. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică azi 5.06.2008.
