Soluţionare
Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de reclamanţii LD, LF şi LM împotriva deciziei civile nr. 310/A din 04.06.2008 a Tribunalului Cluj, pronunţată în dosar nr. 891/117/2005, pe care o menţine.
Obligă pe numiţii recurenţi să plătească intimaţilor SA, VP, VI, GE şi BI suma de 2.000 lei cheltuieli de judecată în recurs.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 14 noiembrie 2008.
