Soluţionare
Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâtului Inspectoratul Şcolar al Judeţului Iaşi.
Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pârâţii să achite reclamanţilor drepturile băneşti ce decurg din aplicarea prevederilor art. 50 alin. 1 şi 2 din Legea nr. 128/1997, de la data îndeplinirii criteriilor de acordare şi până la data pronunţării prezentei sentinţe, cu respectarea termenului de prescripţie de 3 ani anterior introducerii acţiunii (28.11.2008), reactualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective.
Respinge acţiunea formulată de Uniunea Sindicatelor Libere din Învăţământ Iaşi în numele şi pentru reclamanţi, în contradictoriu cu pârâtul Inspectoratul şcolar al Judeţului Iaşi pe excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive.
