Amână cauza
Admite recursul intervenientei.
Modifică în parte sentinţa, în sensul că admite cererea de intervenţie şi obligă pe pârâţii Curtea de Apel Piteşti, Tribunalul Argeş şi Ministerul Justiţiei să plătească intervenientei sporul de 50% de suprasolicitare neuropsihică, calculat la indemnizaţia de bază lunară, începând cu 1.02.2007 şi în continuare şi pentru viitor, sume ce vor fi actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective.
Menţine în rest sentinţa recurată.
Respinge ca nefondat recursul pârâtului Ministerul Economiei şi Finanţelor.
