Anulează recursul declarat de SC Lukoil România SA ca netimbrat. Respinge recursul declarat de SC NBG Leasing IFN SA ca neîntemeiat Irevocabilă. Cu opinia separată a dnei judecător Virginia Duminecă cu privire la recursul declarat de SC NBG Leasing IFN SA în sensul admiterii recursului şi modificarea în parte a sentinţei.
