Admite recursul, modifica sentinta in sensul ca respinge şi cererea de acordare a suplimentelor salariale reprezentând aproviz toamna iarna incepind cu anul 2005 pina la incetarea contractului de munca , precum şi c.val. cota de gaze incepind cu 03.09.2005 pina la incetarea raportului de munca a fiecărui reclamant. mentine restul dispoziţiilor sentintei .
