Admis recurs
Admite recursurile declarate de pârâţii M.E. şi F., M.P.-P. de pe lângă I.C.C.J şi P. de pe lângă T.S. împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1158 din 26.05.2008 a Tribunalului Sălaj pronunţată în dosar nr. 1262/84/2008, pe care o modifică în parte în sensul că respinge ca nefondată acţiunea reclamanţilor B.R., ş.a.. Menţine dispoziţia de respingere a excepţiei necompetenţei.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
