Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa. Admite în parte acţiunea, în sensul că, obligă intimata să plătească reclamanţilor drepturile băneşti reprezentând drepturi salariale corespunzătoare sărbătorilor de Crăciun pa anul 2007. Respinge cererile privind acordarea drepturilor salariale reprezentând aprovizionare toamnă – iarnă şi suplimentări salariale corespunzătoare sărbătorilor de Paşte 2008.
