Obligă pârâta la plata drepturilor salariale reprezentand al 13-lea salariu cuvenit pentru anul 2008, calculat conform art.42 alin 2 din contractului colectiv de munca incheiat la nivel de unitate pe anii 2008-2009, către reclamanti.
Obliga parata la plata cheltuielilor de judecata in suma de 2380 lei, in favoarea reclamantilor.
