Admite cererea. Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurate în cuprinsul sentinţei civile nr.105/01.02.2010, în sensul că în loc de "pârât S* R******* S*" se va trece pârâta SC Romtrans Schenker", iar în loc de "reclamantul Olteanu Dumitru Daniel" se va trece "reclamantul Oltean Dumitru Daniel", cum este corect. Cu recurs in 10 zile de la comunicare.
