Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurate în cuprinsul deciziei civile nr. 5034/24.0.2009 pronunţată de Curtea de Apel Craiova - Secţia a II-a Civilă şi pentru Conflicte de Muncă şi Asigurări Sociale, în sensul că în practicaua deciziei, în dispozitiv şi în considerente numele reclamantului DĂGUCI DUMITRU va fi scris corect DĂGUCI DUMITRU în loc de Drăguci Dumitru.
