Admis recurs
Admite recursurile declarate de pârâţii CJS, DGASPC împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 3028 din 22 dec. 2008 a Tribunalul Sălaj, pronunţată în dosar nr. 1514/84/2008, pe care o modifică în parte, în sensul că respinge capătul de cerere referitor la obligarea pârâţilor la plata sporului de 100% pentru orele suplimentare pentru viitor.
Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
