Admite recursul declarat de intervenientul AIROAIE PETRIŞOR GABRIEL împotriva sentinţei civile nr.900 din 14 aprilie 2009 a Tribunalului Suceava.
Modifică în parte sentinţa atacată în sensul că admite în parte cererea de intervenţie, încât obligă Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casaţie şi Justiţie şi Direcţia Naţională Anticorupţie să plătească intervenientului Airoaie Petrişor Gabriel drepturile salariale reprezentând sporul de risc şi suprasolicitare neuropsihică în procent de 50% din salariul de bază brut lunar pentru perioada 01.02.2007 - 12.11.2009, actualizat cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii.
Obligă pârâtul Ministerul Finanţelor Publice să includă în buget sumele necesare plăţii acestor drepturi salariale.
Respinge ca nefondate celelalte recursuri.
Irevocabilă.
Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 08 decembrie 2009.
