Soluţionare

Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa. Respinge acţiunea şi cu privire la plata contavalorii cotei de gaze naturale pe perioada 15.12.2005-2007, la plata suplimentării salariale pentru aprovizionarea de toamna iarna 2005-2007, precum şi excepţia privind constatarea nulităţii clauzei cuprinse în art.176 alin.1 CCM.
