Admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâţii să calculeze şi să acorde reclamanţilor drepturile salariale începând cu 01 ianuarie 2008 la nivelul celor stabilite pentru 31 decembrie 2007 pentru salariaţii ale căror salarii au fost diminuate începând cu 01 ianuarie 2008 şi în concordanţă cu dispoziţiile O.G. nr. 10/2008 şi O.G. nr. 15/2008 pentru salariaţii ale căror salarii nu au fost diminuate începând cu 01 ianuarie 2008 faţă de cele existente la 31 ianuarie 2007. Obligă pârâţii să actualizeze în raport cu rata inflaţiei drepturile salariale stabilite prin prezenta hotărâre până la data plăţii efective. Obligă pârâţii să efectueze menţiunile corespunzătoare în carnetele de muncă ale reclamanţilor potrivit celor stabilite prin prezenta hotărâre. Definitivă şi executorie . Cu recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică azi 04 iunie 2009.

văzând lipsa de procedură constatată la termenul de astăzi, instanţa amână judecarea cauzei la data 04 iunie 2009, pentru când se va repeta procedura de citare cu părţile lipsă.
