Obligă pârâţii să plătească reclamanţilor drepturile salariale reprezentând diferenţa dintre drepturile băneşti efectiv încasate şi cele ce li s-ar fi cuvenit prin aplicarea dispoziţiilor Legii nr. 220/2007, pentru perioada ianuarie 2007 - 17.07.2007, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie.
