Admis recurs
Admite recursuL declarat de pârâta OA şi UV împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 208 din 24.04.2008 a Tribunalului B-ţa N pronunţată în dosar nr. 2125/112/2007, pe care o modifică parţială în sensul că obligă pârâţii să plătească intervenientelor sporul de risc şi suprasolicitare neuropsihică începând cu luna septembrie 2004.
Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei.
Respinge ca nefondat recursul intervenienţilor VA şi TM împotriva aceleiaşi hotărâri.
Respinge ca nefondat recursul pârâtului MJ împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe..
Decizia este irevocabilă.
