Soluţionare
Admite excepţiile lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a Ministerului Finanţelor Publice şi a CNCD. Admite excepţia prescripţiei dreptului la acţiune invocată de pârâtul Ministerul Justiţiei şi Libertăţilor Cetăţeneşti şi respinge cererea ca prescrisă pentru perioada iulie 2004 - 18.05.2006. Admite în parte acţiunea reclamanţilor şi obligă pârâţii Tribunalul D-ţa, Curtea de Apel Ploieşti şi Ministerul Justiţiei să plătească reclamanţilor drepturile băneşti reprezentând sporul de confidenţialitate pentru perioada 18.05.2006 la zi, precum şi pentru viitor, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective, spor calculat la salariul de bază brut lunar. Dispune efectuarea manţiunilor corespunzătoare în carnetele de muncă.
