Respins recurs

Respinge ca nefondate recursurile declarate de DGFP Bistriţa (pentru MEF) şi MP - PICCJ împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 204 din 24 aprilie 2008 a Tribunalului Bistriţa-Năsăud, pronunţată în dosar nr. 2351/112/2007, pe care o menţine. Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 21 aprilie 2009.
