Respins recurs
Respinge ca nefondate recursurile declarate de C.A.CJ, M.J. şi L.C.,O.M.I.s.a. împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1080 din 23.04.2009 a Tribunalului Cluj pronunţate în dosar nr. 2366/117/2009, pe care o menţine.
Respinge ca tardiv formulat recursul pârâtului MFP declarat împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe.
