Admis recurs
Admite recursul declarat de pârâta CA Cluj şi admite în parte recursurile declarate de pârâţii MJLC şi MFP – DGFP Cluj împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1164 din 04.05.2009 a Tribunalului Cluj pronunţate în dosar nr. 2367/117/2009, pe care o modifică în parte în sensul respingerii ca inadmisibile a acţiunii reclamanţilor RML, MM şi CS în temeiul excepţiei de lucru judecat.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
