Admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâţii să plătească reclamanţilor sporul de 50% pt. risc şi suprasolicitare neuropsihică şi după data de 01.02.2007. Respinge acţiunea faţă de pârâtul M.E.F. Cu recurs.
