Soluţionare
Admite în parte acţiunea, cum a fost precizată.
Obligă pârâta Colegiul Naţional "Ferdinand I" Bacău la calculul şi plata diferenţelor de drepturi salariale neacordate, rezultate din neaplicarea Legii nr.221/2008, reprezentând diferenţa dintre drepturile salariale efectiv încasate şi cele cuvenite membrilor de sindicat în conformitate cu prevederile
Legii nr.221/2008 pentru aprobarea O.G. 15/2008, începând cu 01.XI.2008 şi până la 31.XII.2009, în funcţie de perioada lucrată, sume ce vor fi actualizate în funcţie de coeficientul de inflaţie,până la data plăţii efective.
Obligă pârâtul Consiliul Local Bacău să asigure sumele necesare plăţii acestor drepturi.
Definitivă. Executorie.
Cu recurs în 10 zile de la comunicare.
