Soluţionare
Admite recursul, modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că admite în parte acţiunea şi în consecinţă obligă pârâţii la plata drepturilor salariale reprezentând diferenţa dintre cele plătite şi cele cuvenite conform Legii nr. 221/2008 pe perioada 1.10.2008 - 31.12.2009, actualizată conform indicilor de inflaţie de la data efectivă a plăţii. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Fără cheltuieli de judecată în recurs.
