Soluţionare
Respinge exceptia lipsei calitatii procesuale pasive a Ministerului Culturii, Cultelor si Patrimoniului National.
Admite actiunea.
Obliga pârâtele sa achite reclamantilor drepturile salariale reprezentând sporul de fidelitate de 15% din salariul de baza si sporul de suprasolicitare neuropsihica de 5% din salariul de baza, în conditiile prevazute la art.l 45 alin. 1 lit. f si g din contractul colectiv de munca la nivel de ramura cultura pe anii 2006 - 2008, reactualizate cu indicele de inflatie la data platii efective, pentru perioada iunie 2006 - iunie 2009.
