În baza disp.art.156 Cod procedură civilă, admite cererea pentru lipsă de apărare formulată în scris de către intimatul-reclamant, Sindicatul Preuniversitar Argeşean Muntenia. Admite şi cererea formulată de intimatul-pârât Ministerul Educeţiei, Cercetării şi Inovării în sensul comunicării motivelor de recurs. Amână judecarea cauzei la 07 decembrie 2009, termen pentru când se citează părţile procesuale, intimatul-pârât Ministerul Educeţiei, Cercetării şi Inovării cu copia motivelor de recurs şi cu menţiunea de a depune întâmpinare. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, astăzi 28 septembrie 2009, la Curtea de Apel Piteşti – Secţia civilă, pentru cauze privind conflicte de muncă şi asigurări sociale şi pentru cauze cu minori şi de familie.
