Nefondat

Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de SC P SA împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 37 din 12.01.2009 a Tribunalului Cluj pronunţate în dosar nr. 4062/117/2008, pe care o menţine. Obligă pe numita recurentă să plătească intimaţilor V.A. ş.a. suma de 3000 lei, cheltuieli de judecată în recurs. Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 22.02.2010.
