Lămureşte întinderea dispozitivului deciziei comerciale nr.160/04.03.2010, pronunţată de Curtea de Apel Bucureşti Secţia a V-a Comercială în dosarul nr.40759/3/2008, în sensul că obligaţia de plată a cheltuielilor de judecată stabilite în sarcina apelanţilor reclamanţi în cuantum de 17.850 lei, va fi suportată în părţi egale.
