Admite recursul declarat de DRS Cluj împotriva sentinţei civile nr.169 din 23.01.2009, pronunţate în dosarul nr.4219/117/2008 al Tribunalului Cluj pe care o modifică, în sensul că respinge ca prematură acţiunea formulată de reclamanta A.M. M., ş.a în contradictoriu cu pârâta DRS Cluj.
