Obligă pe pârâţii Grupul Şcolar Construcţii nr. 2 Piteşti şi Centrul Bugetar Grupul Şcolar Construcţii nr. 2 să calculeze şi să plătească reclamanţilor drepturile salariale rezultate din aplicarea Legii 221/2008, pentru aprobarea OG nr. 15/2008, începând cu data de 01.10.2008, în raport de perioada efectiv lucrată de fiecare dintre reclamanţi, drepturi ce se vor actualiza cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective. Obligă pe pârâtul Municipiul Piteşti să vireze pârâţilor de mai sus sumele necesare achitării acestor drepturi. Obligă pe pârâţii Grupul Şcolar Construcţii nr. 2 Piteşti şi Centrul Bugetar Grupul Şcolar Construcţii nr. 2 să plătească Sindicatului cheltuieli de judecată în cuantum de 50 lei. Definitivă şi executorie. Cu recurs în 10 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică de la 11 Ianuarie 2010, la Tribunalul argeş, secţia civilă, complet specializat de litigii de muncă şi asigurări sociale.
