Admite ca fondate recursurile declarate de pârâţii MINISTERUL JUSTIŢIEI BUCUREŞTI, şi CURTEA DE APEL ALBA IULIA împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 910/11.06.2008 pronunţată de Tribunalul Alba în dosarul nr. 4301/97/2007 şi în consecinţă :
Modifică în tot sentinţa atacată în sensul respingerii acţiunii civile formule de reclamanţii: G**** R******, O**** O******, B********* V******, C****** C******, S****** E****, CARA DORINA, BUMBU LIDIA, NAGY SARA, DOBREI LILIANA, ŞINCA ELENA, SCHONBERGER ISABELA, ALIMPESCU OFELIA, STRATULAT ELENA, TIMAR MARCELA, CĂRPINIŞAN GABRIELA, ŞERBAN SANDA, LOBONŢ LARISA, NĂSTASĂ LILIANA şi BOLDUREAN DESDEMONA, împotriva pârâţilor MINISTERUL JUSTIŢIEI BUCUREŞTI, CURTEA DE APEL ALBA IULIA şi TRIBUNALUL HUNEDOARA.
