Soluţionare
Admite recursurile formulate de Municipiul Miercurea ciuc,, SCA veress ŞI schulleri, general mir consult sprl, ÎMPOTRIVA SENTINŢEI NR. 2639/17 noiembrie 2008 pronunţată de Tribunalul Harghita. Casează sentinţa atacată şi trimite cauza spre rejudecarea primei instnaţe. Respinge ca premature formulate recursurile formulate de SCA VERESS şi SCHULLERI şi GENERAL MIR CONSULT SPRL împotriva Încheierii nr.28/22 septembrie 2008 pronunţată de judecătorul sindic.
