Decizia 166/R din 2 aprilie 2009
Respinge excepţia de tardivitate a declarării recursului invocată de către intimaţii-lichidatori Fiscal Expert Business SPRL. şi Activ Judiciar IPURL, prin reprezentanţi legali;
Respinge recursul declarat de către recurenta-creditoare S.C. MERIDIAN CONSULTING S.A. Bucureşti - prin reprezentant legal - împotriva sentinţei civile cu nr. 1218/SIND/25.11.2008 a Tribunalului Braşov pronunţată în dosarul cu nr.44/103/2004 al aceleiaşi instanţe, pe care o menţine.

Amânat
Având în vedere că cererea de amânare pentru pregătirea apărării, formulată de recurenta creditoare S.C. Meridian Consulting S.A. Bucureşti, îndeplineşte cerinţele prevăzute de art. 156 alin.1 Cod procedură civilă, urmează să o admită şi să acorde un nou termen de judecată în cauză la data de 26 martie 2009.
În vederea soluţionării cererii de suspendare a executării sentinţei recurate, stabileşte în sarcina recurentei creditoare S.C. Meridian Consulting S.A. Bucureşti o cauţiune în sumă de 2000 lei.
