Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pe pârâţi să plătească fiecărui reclamant diferenţa dintre drepturile băneşti efectiv încasate şi cele cuvenite prin aplicarea dispoziţiilor Legii nr. 221/2008, prin care s-a aprobat OG nr. 15/2008 începând cu data de 01.10.2008 până la data pronunţării hotărârii, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii.
