Respinge ca nefondată excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a CL Tg.Bujor.Admite acţiunea.Obligă pe pârâţi să plătească fiecărui reclamant diferenţa dintre drepturile băneşti efectiv încasate şi cele cuvenite prin aplicarea dispoziţiilor Legii nr.221/2008, prin care s-a aprobat OG nr.15/2008, începând cu 01 octombrie 2008 actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii.
