Soluţionare
Admite recursul declarat de recurentul Municipiul Arad prin Primarul Mun. Arad împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 944/24.11.2008 pronunţată de Tribunalul Arad în dosarul nr. 4641/108/2008 în contradictoriu cu Sindicatul Liber al Salariaţilor din cadrul Primăriei Municipiului Arad, în numele membrilor săi.
Casează sentinţa civilă recurată şi trimite cauza spre rejudecare aceleiaşi instanţe, Tribunalul Arad.
