Amână pronunţareqa cauzei la data de 22.10.2009
Admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâţii să plătească fiecărui reclamant diferenţa dintre drepturile băneşti efectiv încasate şi cele cuvenite prin aplicarea disp. Legii 221/2008 prin care s-a aprobat OG 15/2008, începând de la 1.10.2008 până la data pronunţării hotărârii, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie.
