Admite recursul
Casează în parte sentinţa şi trimite cauza spre rejudecare la aceeaşi instanţă numai cu privire la cererea recurenţilor referitoare la drepturi băneşti reprezentând ajutorul material pentru gaze naturale şi cota de participare la profitul anual al societăţii pentru perioada 2005-2007, pentru care cererea nu este prescrisă.
