Nefondat
Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de inculpatul T.C.D., împotriva deciziei penale nr. 93 din 21.10.2009 a Tribunalului Salaj.
Potrivit art. 88 Cod Penal deduce din pedeapsa aplicată inculpatului timpul arestului preventiv, începând cu data de 22.01.2008 şi până în prezent.
Stabileşte în favoarea Baroului de Avocaţi Cluj-Napoca suma de 200 lei onorariu pentru apărător din oficiu, ce se va plăti din fondul Ministerului Justiţiei.
Obligă pe inculpatul T.C.să plătească în favoarea statului suma de 400 lei cheltuieli judiciare, din care 200 lei reprezentând onorariu avocaţial.
Decizia este definitivă.
Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din data de 16 decembrie 2009 .
