Soluţionare

respinge ca tardiv recursul declarat de pârâtul MEF prin DGFP Mureş. Admite recursul declarat împotriva aceleiaşi hotărâri de pârâtul Ministerul Justiţiei şi Libertăţilor Cetăţeneşti. Modifică în parte hotărârea atacată, în sensul că respinge integral acţiunea reclamanţilor . Menţine restul dispoziţiilor. Irevocabilă.
