Admis recurs
Admite în parte recursul declarat de pârâţii MEF şi MP –PÎCCJ împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 912 din 26 mai 2008 a Tribunalului Cluj, pronunţată în dosar nr. 5288/117/2007, pe o modifică în parte în sensul că respinge ca nefondată acţiunea reclamanţilor GI ş.a. şi chemarea în garanţie a PÎCCJ.
Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 23 iunie 2009.
