Respins recurs
Respinge ca nefondate recursurile declarat de pârâţii MJLC şi MFP împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 263 din 01 iunie 2009, îndreptată prin încheierea Camerei de consiliu din 22 iunie 2009, a Tribunalului Bistriţa-Năsăud, pronunţată în dosar nr. 568/112/2009, pe care o menţine.
