Amână judecarea cauzei la 17 martie 2010, urmare cererii formulată de reprezentantul intimaţilor reclamanţi Grigore Cristinel de acordare a unui nou termen de judecată, în vederea angajării unui apărător, întrucât apărătorul ales la instanţa de fond nu se poate prezenta în faţa acestei instanţe, din motive de incompatibilitate.
