Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de reclamanţişi intervenienţi. Admite recursul pârâtei AJOFM bacău. Modifică în parte sentinţa, în sensul că : Respinge ca nefondată cererea privind acordarea de drepturiu salariale reprezentând sporul de supliment post şi supliment treaptă, aferente perioadei ulterioare datei de 30.10.2005. Menţine celelalte dispopziţii ale sentinţei. Irevocabilă.
